Fictions Modestes & Réalités Augmentées deploys a new cartography where collaborative art, affinities between art brut and contemporary art, artistic experimentation, counter-culture and new technologies are intertwined.

Rooted in a corner of the Belgian Ardennes, the center of raw & contemporary art La “S” Grand Atelier, installed in the outposts of the current creation, resisting to the norms and to the assignations is above all a place of life and encounters recounted in this catalog, not like the others, by its founder, Anne-Françoise Rouche.

Fictions Modestes & Réalités Augmentées plunges us into new and fascinating worlds, from graphic narration to less expected media, such as cinema, textile design, photography or digital arts. The result is a relaxed and offbeat artistic approach seasoned with a good dose of “Belgitude”.
