Article 1: Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any order of our products implies the customer’s unreserved adherence to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are therefore of an indicative value. The customer acknowledges having read, at the time the order is placed, the special conditions of sale set out below and expressly declares that he accepts them without reservation. Any validation of your order is preceded by acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions on the site (check box).

Article 2: Product offer and availability

Most of the products offered by Antoine de Galbert Foundation to its customers are available. When placing an order, the Antoine de Galbert Foundation informs the buyer of the availability of the products he wishes to purchase. Nevertheless, if despite all vigilance, the products prove to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reissue, import etc.) after an order has been registered, Antoine de Galbert Foundation informs the buyer by e-mail, suggesting that he or she wait or cancel the order for these products. If the products prove to be definitively unavailable (exhaustion of stock, works not republished, etc.), Antoine de Galbert Foundation automatically cancels the order for these products and informs the buyer by e-mail.

Article 3: Product prices and order total

The prices of the products sold are those in force on the day the order is taken and displayed on the site at the time of your purchase.
The prices of the products offered by the Antoine de Galbert Foundation are expressed in Euros including all taxes. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed in Euros, including VAT. This price includes the price of the products as well as packaging and transport costs.

Note: For delivery outside the European Union, you will have to pay in addition the customs duties and other taxes due for the importation of products into the territory of delivery.

Our books are sold in strict compliance with the LANG Law of 10 August 1981: the prices are set by the Publisher, are inclusive of tax and may be modified without notice by the latter. We may be led (within the limits of this Law) to offer you discounts, indicated on the site, of a maximum amount corresponding to 5% of the price of the book. All orders, whatever their origin, will be invoiced and payable in Euros.

The products remain the property of Antoine de Galbert Foundation until the customer has paid the price.
